In Honor of Jeffery's 1st Day
That is Jeffery as the first class Sergeant on the first day of the academy. Yes he has all the TAC Officers yelling at him.
Last night before he left to work he asked 'Kels do you think I'll make it through the academy?'. That was what he asked me all the time while in the academy :)
